Life Skills instruction is highly customizable & designed for individuals to acquire new skills, discover new interests, & engage with others who share similar interests.

Job & career services start with investigating what type of work is of interest. Then, based on those results, individuals are assessed within job settings. Finally, the assessments provide individuals with opportunities to work at VTC owned businesses or at businesses & organizations in the Central Coast community. Job & Career services allow for either temporary or permanent on-the-job training.

Employment services are just that, the opportunity to join our workforce of over 100 individuals with disabilities employed at VTC owned businesses or through VTC operated contracts. Most of these employees work at Vandenberg Space Force Base or Naval Base Ventura County through VTC’s federal contracts through the AbilityOne® Program.
