What kind of services does VTC offer?

  • VTC offers a variety of services from life goals and planning, transportation planning, behavioral support, parent, family and care provider support, employment access and supports and transition planning.

  • VTC also offers a variety of employment services from assessing and identifying employment skills, helping minimize employment barriers and assisting clients in finding successful employment in the community.


To be eligible for services you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have a medically documented physical, mental, or developmental disability

How do I obtain services from VTC Enterprises?

Why does the applicant need VTC services?

  • Applicants will be provided with initial supports to understand the job requirements in order to be successful in working for your company.

Why does the applicant need a job coach?

  • A job coach is provided in order to ensure that the employee we place with you is able to meet your company standards and expectations.

How long will the applicant need additional support from VTC?

  • Each individual worker is different and therefore the time frames for additional supports vary. VTC is available to support the applicant as long as necessary and with the approval of the employer.

If something goes wrong, may I contact VTC?

  • Yes! You will be provided with a business card and given a point of contact with VTC who will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.

How may I support VTC’s mission?

  • By hiring a person with disabilities and helping them become a working part of the community, by making a donation to VTC, volunteering your time, or by sharing VTC’s vision and events with others.
