1. Individual
Placement: Using the
philosophy "place and train" the individual is matched to a job in the
community. They are hired by the employer and coached on the job by an employment training
specialist. Job coaching services decrease to a minimal level; yet, continue with the new
employee until he/she exhibits sufficient independence to ensure job retention.

| 2. Group: For those who are not ready for individual placement, a group placement may be an
option to gain experience or work skills. A small group of workers are supervised and
instructed by a Supervisor. Some groups are at fixed locations in community based
industrial environments. Other groups are mobile work crews traveling from site to site
while providing a service to the community.
