California Rehabilitation Association (CRA): Interactive Web Site. CRA represents California medical and
developmental/ vocational rehabilitation and habilitation programs and provides advocacy,

California Department of
Developmental Services (DDS) : DDS is the agency
through which the State of California provides services and supports to children and
adults with developmental disabilities. These disabilities include mental retardation,
cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism and related conditions.

The
Department of Developmental Services believes the California
developmental services community is best served by the open exchange
of information and opinions. DDS is also committed to providing
mechanisms for the resolution of problems and complaints when they
arise. A number of formal processes have been established for
handling appeals and complaints.

Tri-Counties Regional Center : The State of California contracts with 21
non-profit agencies called regional centers, each one covering a different geographic
region. The centers are the first stop for persons
with developmental disabilities and their families seeking help to obtain local supports
and services.
