Services provided include:

Independent Living skills (ILS)
Specific areas addressed include lighting and glare control, dressing and grooming, medication management, cooking & cleaning, financial management, time management, home management, and care of others.

Orientation & Mobility (O&M)
These services focus on moving safely in the home and local community as well as using public modes of transportation.  In some cases, a white cane or low vision support cane is recommended.

Assistive Technology (AT)
We are fortunate to partner with the Central Coast Assistive Technology Center (CCATC) to provide technology services.  Areas evaluated include electronic magnification, accessible telephones, and computer use with low or no vision.  The CCATC administers an equipment loan program to help you determine if a specific piece of technology will help in daily life.
