Pre-Employment Assessment

External Situational Assessments (ESA)

An ESA is an up to two-week evaluation designed to identify barriers to competitive employment. An employment specialist accompanies and evaluates the individual in a variety of work settings. The comprehensive evaluation is used to plan for eventual supported employment.
