VTC Enterprises is
constructing a new 18,260 square foot building on our property located
on ‘A’ Street in Santa Maria. It will replace
two 1950s vintage buildings that not only stand in the path of the
future road, but are also woefully inadequate to serve the
organization's clients.
The building planners
have estimated that it will cost at least $3.9
million and will
take up to 2 years to build the new QLS building. This is indeed an
exciting, challenging time for VTC Enterprises but the master plan will
help ensure that we provide the utmost in quality services to our
ever-growing and ever-changing population.
